Shipping & Returns Policy BLOMBERG GALLERY
BLOMBERG GALLERY uses POST NL to send the art prints in a tube and the float framed art prints in a carefully wrapped packaging.
The art prints come with a unique certificate, signed and stamped by BLOMBERG GALLERY.
The art prints in classic wooden frames (with museum glass) can only be picked up. Either at the framer in Vleuten or in Amsterdam. Shipping via courier is possible in consultation with BLOMBERG GALLERY.
Shipping outside Europe:
Do you want to buy art prints and send them to an address outside of Europe? Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the possibilities.
BLOMBERG GALLERY is not responsible for additional costs, such as import duties.
BLOMBERG Gallery is not responsible for lost packages. All packages are sent with a track & trace code.
BLOMBERG GALLERY packs everything carefully. If your order arrives damaged or if you have a complaint about the product, please take a clear photo and contact us within 3 working days of receipt via email@example.com.
A damaged work will be exchanged free of charge by BLOMBERG GALLERY. If you return a damaged artwork and do not wish to exchange, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
The delivery time of art prints is a maximum of 2 weeks. Framed art prints are produced to order. The delivery time in this case is approximately 3 to 4 weeks. If, for whatever reason, the delivery time takes longer than indicated above, BLOMBERG GALLERY will inform you in good time. As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive the track & trace code by e-mail.
When purchasing a product from BLOMBERG GALLERY you have the option to return the product within 14 days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the package. In this case you send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'return'. Please also state your order number in the e-mail. BLOMBERG GALLERY will inform you subsequently about the return and the return address. The shipping costs of the returned package are for your account. You are also responsible for the returned package. So always provide a proof of shipment and pack the return shipment carefully. BLOMBERG GALLERY is not liable for damaged artworks due to careless packaging of return packages. BLOMBERG GALLERY will refund the purchase price and the shipping costs of the outward shipment. Please state your name and (IBAN) account number with the package so that the purchase amount can be paid immediately as soon as the product has been received in good condition.
BLOMBERG GALLERY retains the intellectual and copyright ownership of the fine art prints. The buyer is not permitted to publish, reproduce and/or multiply the work in any way whatsoever without the express written permission of BLOMBERG GALLERY. Of course, if you want to show a photo of your purchase on social media (Instagram, Facebook), please feel free to do so and do tag BLOMBERG GALLERY, or mention the Instagram page of BLOMBERG GALLERY.
BLOMBERG GALLERY respects the privacy of its customers and will therefore never disclose personal data to third parties. Unless this is strictly necessary, for example when the product concerned must be sent directly from our supplier at the express request of the customer. BLOMBERG GALLERY will request the supplier to delete the personal data within one month of delivery. BLOMBERG GALLERY uses the services of Mollie B.V. as a payment service provider.
